Wholesale Application Requirements

The following is a brief overview of the information you will need to establish a wholesale account. We will not process any orders until your credentials are reviewed and verified.
Wholesale applicants must submit the following information in addition to the completed wholesale account application form:
- 1. A photocopy of your State Tax Resale License.
- 2. If you operate a rescue related 501(c)(3) organization, provide verification of your tax exempt status.
